Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2024

1. Service Fee & Booking

We charge a consultancy fee for assisting you with the HSRP booking process. This fee is separate from the official government plate charges.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your request for our assistance services at any time before we have successfully booked your appointment on the official portal.

  • If you cancel before the appointment is generated: 100% Refund.
  • If the appointment has already been booked and the slip generated: No Refund is possible as the service has been fully rendered.

3. Refund Processing

To request a refund, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID.

  • Refund requests are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

4. Failed Bookings

In the rare event that we are unable to book your appointment due to technical errors on the official portal or incorrect data provided, we will contact you to correct the details. If the booking still cannot be completed, we will issue a Full Refund immediately.
